At the end of our four sessions, you will receive a personalized Return Blueprint that brings together what surfaced across our time together.
It will reflect the patterns, practices, language, decisions, and insights that became important during your journey, giving you something tangible to return to after our conversations end.
Your blueprint becomes a personal reminder of what you learned, what supports you, and how you want to continue staying with yourself moving forward.
A deliberately personal experience
I am intentionally opening only two spaces for The Return Journey so I can give each woman the presence, care, and attention this experience deserves.
Once those two spaces are filled, enrollment will close.
